Alverthorpe Working Men’s Club has been a proud part of the Wakefield community for generations.

Known for its warm welcome and lively atmosphere, the club has long been a local favourite—earning regular recognition from CAMRA for our outstanding selection of real ales and commitment to quality.

Inside, you’ll find more than just a pint. We host live entertainment every weekend, offer snooker and darts for those who love a bit of friendly competition, and provide a cosy, multi-roomed space where members can relax and connect.
